Hi, I’m GrowUpMinds Hope you are doing well. First of all, thank you for stopping by. If you’re reading this, you probably care about kids, learning, and maybe you’re a parent or teacher who wants to make a real difference. That’s exactly why I started GrowUpMinds.
Let me be honest: I’m not a perfect parent or some kind of expert with all the answers. I’m just someone who’s been through the ups and downs of raising kids, making mistakes, and learning along the way. I grew up in a home where education was important, but honestly, I didn’t really understand the power of mindset until I was much older. I wish I had learned it sooner.
I remember one evening, sitting with my daughter after she’d had a tough day at school. She looked at me and said, “I’m just not good at math.” That hit me hard. I realized she was starting to believe her abilities were fixed, just like I used to think. That was my wake-up call. I started reading, learning, and trying out new ways to help her (and myself) see challenges differently. That was my wake-up call. What We Believe
At GrowUpMinds, we believe every child has a unique spark. Sometimes, all it takes is a little encouragement, the right words at the right time, or a fun activity to help that spark turn into a flame. I’ve seen it happen with my own kids, and I’ve heard from so many parents who just want their children to feel confident, resilient, and ready for whatever life throws at them.
This blog is my way of sharing what I’ve learned (and am still learning). It’s a collection of real stories, practical tips, and free resources that I’ve either used myself or wish I’d had when I started this journey.
